Once an order is placed and work has started, no refunds will be issued due to a change of mind. Clients are advised to review all requirements carefully before confirming the order.
If a refund is requested before work has started, a full refund may be issued after deducting transaction charges.
Once our team has started working on the project, refunds are not applicable. However, we will provide revisions to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements, we will:
A. Offer revisions and improvements
B. Reassign the work if needed
A partial refund may only be considered if the final delivery is significantly different from the agreed scope, after all revision options are exhausted.
In all eligible refund cases, a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days.
If a project is without communication on approvals or specifications for 45 days, it will be considered closed, with fees applicable to reactivate the project.
A “Closed Project” is one that has been fully delivered or unclaimed for 45 days, and AMZ Publication Hubs holds no further responsibility past this period.
All delivered products are original and exclusively yours. You retain full copyright over these materials, and unauthorized use of content provided by AMZ Publication Hubs may lead to civil or criminal consequences. You agree to indemnify and hold AMZ Publication Hubs harmless against any unauthorized usage.

For ghostwriting orders, revisions continue for specific sections until client approval, after which further changes are billed at our standard editing rate.
